科研方向：	縱向研究包括有機不對稱合成、共軛聚電解質的合成及性質、染料的合成和應用。橫向研究包括含硫精細化學品的合成及其工業化、含氮精細化學品的合成及其工業化。目前和三門峽奧科化工有限公司、濟南泰飛科技有限公司保持穩定的合作關系，多種產品和多項技術已經在以上兩家公司工業化。與企業合作開發精細化工新產品和新工藝是本研究室的主要研究內容。
科研成果及獎勵（包括項目、專利、鑒定等）（2005年以來）：	主持完成山東省自然科學基金資助課題一項，主持和參加國家和山東省自然科學基金資助課題多項，發表研究論文 60 余篇。多項技術已被國內普遍采用并取得可觀經濟效益。
教學成果與獎勵（2005年以來）：	講授的研究生課程有“高等有機化工工藝學”。本科生課程有“有機合成單元反應”、“化學品工藝學”、“專業外語”、“文獻檢索”和“化工貿易”等。
