科研方向：	縱向研究包括有機不對稱合成、共軛聚電解質(zhì)的合成及性質(zhì)、染料的合成和應(yīng)用。橫向研究包括含硫精細化學(xué)品的合成及其工業(yè)化、含氮精細化學(xué)品的合成及其工業(yè)化。目前和三門峽奧科化工有限公司、濟南泰飛科技有限公司保持穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，多種產(chǎn)品和多項技術(shù)已經(jīng)在以上兩家公司工業(yè)化。與企業(yè)合作開發(fā)精細化工新產(chǎn)品和新工藝是本研究室的主要研究內(nèi)容。
科研成果及獎勵（包括項目、專利、鑒定等）（2005年以來）：	主持完成山東省自然科學(xué)基金資助課題一項，主持和參加國家和山東省自然科學(xué)基金資助課題多項，發(fā)表研究論文 60 余篇。多項技術(shù)已被國內(nèi)普遍采用并取得可觀經(jīng)濟效益。
教學(xué)成果與獎勵（2005年以來）：	講授的研究生課程有“高等有機化工工藝學(xué)”。本科生課程有“有機合成單元反應(yīng)”、“化學(xué)品工藝學(xué)”、“專業(yè)外語”、“文獻檢索”和“化工貿(mào)易”等。
