在教學工作中,承擔《塑料成型工藝學》、《化學建材》等本科生理論與實踐教學任務,所主講的課程“聚合物成型工藝學”2012年被評為山東省精品課程,“化學建材”2010年被評為濟南大學優質課程,教學評價年年優秀,2016年獲得濟南大學“青年教學能手”稱號,曾獲本科教學貢獻獎4次, 2017年獲得省級優秀教學成果二等獎,2018年取得工科專業國際工程認證證書。指導學生獲得省級科技競賽一等獎1項,三等獎1項;指導學生獲得校級科技競賽特等獎1項,一等獎2項;指導1項國家級學生科技創新立項1項并結題,指導學生校級SRT項目4項,其中一項獲得優秀結題項目。
